Upon viewing a suitable property To Let through Yourpropertyladder Ltd and deciding to proceed to application you will be required to read fully the HOW2RENT brochure and then proceed to complete your referencing application and return to our Ripley Office .

Protecting Your Bond Deposit.

In line with current legislation and for peace of mind Yourpropertyladder Ltd are members of the Deposit Protection Service and will register 

all deposits with the scheme within the permitted timescales on behalf of the tenant. We will also provide you as the new tenant with the 

prescribed information confirming all the required information about your bond deposit.

Tenants Fee's & Other Charges. 

1,  Property Holding Fee - Maximum one weeks Rent. 

2,  Bond Deposit - Equal to one months rent or up to five weeks rent.

3, Authorised Charges - on any variation or novation on any on going tenancy  £50.00 

4, Unpaid Rent Charge - Should rents due remain unpaid for 14 days interest may be charged at 3% above Bank Of England base rate until funds received are paid in full.
