At  Yourpropertyladder Ltd we continue to offer a bespoke and tailor made Lettings & Property Management Service to new and our many existing clients.We ensure every potential tenant is referenced,this includes employment references,credit history and landlord checks & proof of income to confirm affordability.Only applicants that satisfy this criteria are recommended to you and we aim to deliver to you peace of mind and the best possible service supported by the fact that a large proportion of our business comes from recommendations from satisfied landlords.

           Our Full Managed Service includes ; 

Total Set-Up Fee;     £350.00  +Vat 

Monthly Management Fee; 12% including Vat , example Monthly Rent received £750.00 = £75.00 plus Vat at 20%

= £90.00 per month .

            Other Charges .

Tenancy Renewal;   £60.00 including Vat .

DPS  Stat- Declaration Fee  £60.00 including Vat,

Section 13 Rent Increase , £60.00 including Vat .

Tenant Find Only; ( Non Managed) = 100% of the monthly achieved rent + Vat , Example If the monthly rent was £750.00 the Fee would be £900.00 including Vat .
