 Fully Managed Service (This option is chosen by the majority of our clients)

          Our fully managed option allows you to maximise the potential return on your Investment Property without getting involved in the day-2-day issues that can arise and be frustrating as well as time consuming to manage. We organise the necessary safety checks , renew other certification etc and act as the primary point of contact for the tenant throughout the term of the tenancy alongside co-ordinate any intervention that is required . 

                Tenant Find Only

          Our tenant find only option means we will find a suitable prospective tenant and then prepare the necessary administration / tenancy agreement etc on your behalf and then we hand over the management and rent collection over to you as a self managing landlord.
